Please note: This is not your typical massage therapy session as our RMTs will be using manual therapy for the purpose of movement. Our goal is to help you move better, so please come prepared with shorts and a sports bra/tank top as you can expect to be up and moving periodically throughout your session. We can't wait to work with you!


Clinical Pilates Physiotherapy

Our Clinical Pilates sessions are exclusively one-on-one, led by a Registered Physiotherapist. This approach combines the principles of traditional physiotherapy with targeted movement therapy, promoting optimal stability and mobility across the entire body

Alex is a chiropractor who graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, majoring in Biomechanics. Here, he worked at the Human Performance Lab and published a paper on muscle fiber physiology. He completed his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer West College in San Jose, California, gaining experience with athletes, including providing care at the NFL Combine and for Stanford and San Jose State Men’s Rugby.

Alex’s interest in strength and conditioning led him to train and compete in powerlifting. His experience with elite athletes informs his practice, where he works with track and field athletes, powerlifters, weightlifters, and rugby players in Calgary. He also cares for the Austrian Bobsled and Skeleton team, traveling globally to support athletes during competitions.

Alex’s client care focuses on manual therapy, rehab exercises, and building long-term habits to prevent injuries and enhance performance. His expertise in barbell lifts allows him to offer alternative exercise recommendations. Utilizing muscle work, soft tissue instrument work, and spinal adjustments, Alex ensures optimal body performance. As a former competitive powerlifter and current Olympic weightlifter, Alex is passionate about strength and conditioning, coaching barbell lifts, and supporting athletes in achieving their goals.

Beyond her clinical work, Sarah has been actively involved with the Whistler Adaptive Sports Program, assisting individuals from the Special Olympics, Canadian Paralympic Association, and the Department of National Defence. During his undergraduate studies, Ahmad was heavily involved in research, earning a first-author publication on the role of physical activity in preventing and treating coronary artery disease.
