Massage Therapists are experts in manual therapy, particularly in myofascial techniques. All sessions include an assessment, manual therapy, corrective movement, reassessment and a comprehensive treatment plan. Massage Therapists may also use methods such as: deep tissue massage, Fascial Stretch Therapy, joint mobilizations, myofascial techniques, corrective exercises.

Please note: This is not your typical massage therapy session as our RMTs will be using manual therapy for the purpose of movement. Our goal is to help you move better, so please come prepared with shorts and a sports bra/tank top as you can expect to be up and moving periodically throughout your session. We can't wait to work with you!

Sydney is a Massage Therapist who embarked on her massage therapy journey in 2015, driven by her personal healing experiences with Hatha Yoga and Traditional Thai Massage. Emphasizing the harmony of Eastern and Western healing arts, she graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy’s RMT program in Victoria in 2017.

In her practice, Sydney employs massage as a tool for addressing sports injuries, mental health, chronic pain, and visceral issues. She integrates techniques like myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, acupressure, Traditional Thai stretching, Thomas Hanna Somatics, and hot stone massage. With compassion at the core, she aims to enhance body awareness and empower clients through education, therapeutic exercises, yoga, and self-massage techniques.

Currently finalizing her Jin Shin Do® Acupressure practicum, Sydney looks forward to starting her Acupuncture diploma in Fall 2024. Her personal passions include climbing, cycling, surfing, yoga, herbalism, and drawing, reflecting her commitment to holistic health and well-being.

Sarah has a significant amount of experience. Holding certifications in Gunn IMS, McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, Orthopaedic Division Level I/II, Running Specialist, and Complete Concussion Management, Sarah’s expertise covers a wide range of areas, including running, skiing, snowboarding, and concussion care, particularly benefiting weekend warriors.

Ahmad is an Interim Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and later completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta.

During his undergraduate studies, Ahmad was heavily involved in research, earning a first-author publication on the role of physical activity in preventing and treating coronary artery disease. His extracurricular efforts garnered him the UBC Alumni Association Scholarship, awarded to two individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership in the Greater Vancouver area. Additionally, his academic achievements earned him the UBC Trek Excellence Scholarship, reserved for the top 5% of students in each faculty.
